Kia Ora koutou/Greetings everyone!
We are now well into the school year and back to being a taxi service for our tamariki (children). Busy, Busy! As well as putting all their events and commitments into our diaries, remember to make time for some Self-Care for you too! It will be as beneficial to them as it is to you.
P.S I am here for support, advocacy and a listening ear.
