It was lovely to meet with those who attended the Taupo training on 7 June where we looked into the complexities of Identity & Belonging. I really enjoyed exploring with you the wider meaning of “culture” and what it must feel like for the child who is moved from one family’s culture to another family’s culture.
Also a big shout out to those who made it to the Rotorua training, Understanding & Managing Behaviour at the end of May. So much emotion behind the outward behaviour of the child to understand and heal.
Don’t forget to register for Safety & Prevention to be held on 5 July in Tauranga at the Hillier Centre. Go to this link to attend.
