Tena koutou katoa!
I have been so fortunate to meet, connect and become friends with so many of you. I really want to thank you for sharing your stories with me throughout the year. I am constantly humbled at what you give of yourselves and just being in your presence makes me feel like a better person.
Next year is going to be a year of discovery as we introduce our new workshops that little elves have been working so hard on. We will welcome new caregivers into the fold and some regions will be getting new Regional Coordinator’s… so exciting.
I started the year talking about self-care. I believe it’s such an important component to be an effective caregiver. Thank you to those of you who have shared your self-care plans with me, you are awesome! I look forward to catching up with you all next year.
Wow, did you know there are approximately 45 Christmas movies on Netflix at the moment! Have you got a favourite Christmas movie that is your go to over the holidays for those rainy days or do you avoid the whole Christmas message altogether?
On the rainy days we tend to dig out the old family movies / videos and chuckle at how awesome we all looked! We also get out the baby photos and see if we can make a family tree out of it. Whatever you are doing with or without family this year, I hope you are safe and well and have nothing but happy memories to share next year.
My last day for 2019 is Thursday 19 December and I will return on Monday 13 January.
